Too many women are working harder than ever and still falling behind. Building careers, starting businesses, delaying milestones not by choice, but by cost. Getting involved in politics today is not about titles, it is about having influence over the decisions that shape our lives and our future. Women are not asking for special treatment, they are asking for a fair shot. When women show up, ask questions, and challenge the system, politics stops happening to women and starts being shaped by them too.
